By accessing the Luna Gold website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and our other policies published in our store.

Products

We strive to present our products accurately. However, colors may vary depending on the screen, and slight differences in dimensions or appearance may exist. Luna Gold reserves the right to modify or withdraw a product at any time.

Prices and payments

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise specified. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, and transactions are securely processed by our payment providers.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimated. Luna Gold is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or any other situation beyond our control. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns and warranty

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or a preparation error has occurred. Any request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Photos may be requested to evaluate the claim.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including texts, images, logos, and designs, remains the property of Luna Gold and may not be reproduced without written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

Luna Gold's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or our products.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.
